Sydney First Night Festival 2011

The center of Sydney will be turned into an extraordinary district hosting year lasting events and everyone is welcome to witness the festival events for free! Festival First Night officially opens in Hyde Park at 3pm. All the entertainment will finish at 11.00pm.

The first Festival started in 1977 and it has since grown to being one of Australia’s largest annual cultural celebrations.

The Sydney First Night Festival on January 8 holds explosive events for all ages, there’s for fun, glamour, theatre, circus, drama, comedy, cultural, and a whole lot more! Definitely a privilege that you cannot afford to miss in Sydney, because it is one of the year’s biggest in Australia.

Summer Fun and Music Festival in Sydney Australia

The music is all about rock, pop, hip hop, rap, soul, RnB, trance, house and everything! Melbourne Cycling Festival – October 2010

This event is a celebration of all things related to cycling, just like racing, commuting or recreation and anything fun in between. 

Melbourne Cycling festival is a 5-day celebration, held from October 13 – October 17 in partnership with the City of Melbourne and Bicycle Victoria. Overall, the celebration ties the National Ride to Work Day (October 13th) and the HBA Around the Bay in a Day (October 17th) with the Go Bike Expo.

The Ride to Work Day is held annually, in 2009 an estimated 125,000 people joined Ride to Work Day Australia. Be one of the people to cycle to work and breakfast at the Federation Square in Melbourne CBD. If you are in Sydney you should check out the Ride to Work Day in Sydney

The HBA Around the Bay in a Day is another cycle event that promotes a healthy lifestyle, and at the same time help raise funds for The Smith Family’s programs helping to support disadvantaged children.
